We are pleased to provide structured office hours for drop-offs and pick-ups to ensure a smooth experience for our clients and cats.
Our hours are by appointment within the following hours
**Monday – Friday:**
– 9:00 AM – 1:00PM
– 3:00 PM – 4:30PM
**Saturday:**
– 9:00 AM – 12:30PM
Sunday and Holidays CLOSED but the cat care routine is the same as all other days.
**Check-Out Information**
For boarding guests, we kindly ask that check-out occurs between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to avoid any additional day charges. Please keep in mind that our office observes closed hours on Sundays and major holidays (please check calendar tab) unless prior arrangements have been made.
If you require check-out on a Sunday or outside regular hours, we might be able to accommodate you with a pre-arranged appointment. A nominal fee of $35 will apply for this service, as a staff member will come in on their day off to assist you by accessing the necessary information. Additionally, because we cannot reassign your boarding condo during holidays, the full boarding charges will apply for the entire duration of your stay.
**Staffing Policies**
Please note that only designated office personnel can facilitate check-outs. Our dedicated cattery cleaners and caretakers are focused on providing exceptional care and attention to the cats daily. They maintain the routine and well-being of our feline guests, ensuring they receive love and care throughout the week.
