Thank you for choosing A Country Cat House! To get started you will need to download the pre-registration form, fill it out (in its entirety) and mail it back to us with your deposit and current proof of vaccinations. Rabies certificate is not proof of vaccines.

You can also send form and vaccination papers scanned via email and use paypal to send the deposit. Let me know if you want to use this option.
