Use Yahoo! Messenger to send us instant messages.

Now there's a new way to communicate with A Country Cat House. If you use Yahoo! Messenger and have it installed on your computer, you can now chat with us during our normal business hours. If you don't have Yahoo! Messenger installed, you can download and install it for FREE.
 
You can chat with us locally, or from anywhere in the world, if you're away on vacation. It's a great way to reach us quickly, conventiently, and without incurring long-distance phone charges.
 
Get Started

1. Once you have Yahoo! Messenger downloaded, installed and working on your computer, simply visit our Website's home page.

2. At the top of the page, near the blue ribbon, you'll notice a small smiley face, Yahoo! Messenger icon. If the icon is a bright yellow smiley face, that means we are ONLINE and ready to chat. If the icon is not smiling and is a muted yellow color, that means we're OFFLINE and unable to chat at that moment.
 
In either case, you can click on either icon to automatically launch Yahoo! Messenger and start typing your instant message to us. If we are ONLINE, we will return your message right away, but if we are OFFLINE, it will take us a little longer to respond.
